This formZ v7.2 Update is an automatic online download and fixes the following anomalies.
Highlights of corrections in this version:
- Copy and Paste objects with Decals now properly copy the Materials and no longer leads to a crash when rendered.
- Canceling the drawing of lines, splines or arcs when using 2d or 3d wall enclosures and extrusions no longer crashes.
- Entering and Exiting the Edit Cone of Vision no longer alters palette dock on Macintosh.
- Multi-curves containing arcs on custom planes no longer become unstable during editing.
- Workspace Palette stays closed when form•Z is restarted (if it was closed).
- Derived Extrusions from Rotated Objects now have the correct Object Axes.
- The Billboard tool now works correctly in metric.
- Projection views of the Edit Cone of Vision can no longer be inadvertently changed.
- New Tool Palettes are created with a horizontal title bar.
- KMZ longitude and latitude export boxes now save the values between exports.
- New Workspace and Edit Cone of Vision now retain Tool Palette Dock settings properly.
- A case-specific rendering slow-down associated with bad containment detection has been eliminated.
- Bug that caused NURBS trimming curve corruption during editing in certain cases has been corrected.
- NURBS trimming curves were sometimes lost during mirroring operations. This has been corrected.
- Components created with the Create Component tool now inherit the project texture setting (compressed,jpeg etc) when if the original project.
- Files that contain components with different texture settings than the project itself, no longer causes duplicate materials to be created.
- Additional corrections and stability improvements.
